"biochar-policy@yahoogroups.com" Hi Niels, Let me know if you join this group! Or if you need to find another listserv. I think you will be able to make biochar without any problem as there are many simple technologies and I know there is a…"

"Yes, that sounds interesting. The only thing is we can't get good Biochar here; just the plain charcoal for bbq. Only a few people in Colombia know about carbon in soil. Part of the trial would then be to produce our own Biochar with an…"

"Hi Joanna, Great to hear there is interest in the combination. Well, the main theory behind the microbes and Rockdust and Biochar is that although the beneficial microbes will eventually enter a soil where both have been applied, it takes a while.…"

Hi Scott! I'm the newest member of the Rock Dust Group. I hope this becomes a valuable tool and an excellent platform to share ideas, practices and resources. Looking forward to participation. Please check out our website www.Rockdustlocal.com . We are working at making the materials available to farms and gardeners and locating regional and local sources whenever we get an inquiry from any locale.  I'm interested in creating some standards for best practices and getting the science involved. We do extensive analysis on the sources we locate and are participating in some research projects. So I hope the remineralization effort gets some traction in the US. Thanks for doing this.
